Unable to access data after updating plex server

Server Version#: 1.16.0.1226-7eb2c8f6f
Player Version#: 3.95.2 (win) ; sonos ; android

I am unable to play music or delete photo on from plex since the server update to 1.16.0.1226-7eb2c8f6f version. I can connect to the server using the UI, I can see my full library, playlist etc but unable to play it thru sonos, web client or Android client. Plex Media Server Logs_2019-06-26_18-35-08.zip (2.9 MB)
The server is located on a Synology NAS running the DSM 6.2.2-24922.
