Can anyone assist please?
I have an active plex pass and the server I sync form also has a plex pass. It appears that there are no restrictions on either account.
Up until a few days ago, Ive been able to download.
Now my download option has greyed out and has an exclamation mark on it. I can no longer download or even access the contact that i downloaded before the issue.

Could it be you no longer have access to the library from where you downloaded those items (e.g. because your access had been removed)
The account information says that I still have access.
If my access was removed, why would I not be able to access the files I already have downloaded?
I’ve solved it. It was my VPN. I need to turn it off now to allow downloading.
