Unable to access server settings locally

I’m not sure when this issue started but for a while now I’ve been unable to access my ‘Server’ settings from my Windows machine running the PMS. When I go to the website using any of the below links the option simply doesn’t exist.

http://localhost:32400
http://192.168.0.10:32400

I’ve tried disabling my firewall, reinstalling PMS multiple times while also deleting the registries - nothing works. SSH was attempted but seems to complex to setup.

I’m not being prompted any error message either.
