Unable to access server

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Web Version#: 3.95.1

First I have a number of PMS systems…
What is happening is that when one of them has been sleeping,
I wake up the unit but can’t access PMS on that unit. Yes it is running… I’m logging in on that system using the ipaddress:32400, that starts plex web but I get redirected, the address bar does show this PMS servers address but it selects one of the other units. This unit never shows up on the list of servers.
I’ve tried everything I can think of;
rebooted system
restarted PMS
cleared cache
cleared history
tried other browsers
disconnected internet ** hangs in the browser trying to connect, I think hard to say

logs show nothing since there is no errors, it never gets added to the server list in the browser so I can’t do anything with it.

any suggestions…

Best to have the PMS run on a system that is always on and not going to sleep. Also if you have multiple servers running, need to have different ports assigned to each one.

Why would I need different ports assigned to each one? there on different systems…
I save a lot of money/power letting them sleep when not in use. Been using this setup for years without any real problems…

This issue just started…

This thread talked about it

And here’s a support article
https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/
I use a laptop and Nvidia Shield as low power servers that stay on all the time. Also your PLEX server does scheduled maintenance but if it’s off here and there it can’t run those tasks.

Figured I’d let all know that the problem resolved itself.
After 2 days they just appeared one morning again. in the list of servers.
Was able to get to setting and do the upgrade that was pending.

Noticed that the WEB client had changed but not sure if that was the fix…

Everything working again.
