Unable to access to ip:32400/web for the initial setup

Hello I installed plexmediaserver under rasperryOS 64bits but i got an unexpected error when I try to access for the first time to localhost:32400/web

Any idea?

Absolutely nothing shows in the single log file you uploaded

Was there no more log files?

And if so, all of them in a zip please

Two plus files

Plex Crash Uploader.log (183 Bytes)
Plex Tuner Service.log (1.9 KB)

I understand the “plugins folder logs” is not needed. All those files are in /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/PlexMediaServer/Logs

And this is how the log grows when I reload “ip:32400/web”

If I use this url: “ip:32400/web/index.html” the login window is showed but when I write user & pass the same error page appears again.

Very strange, and nothing in the logs indicating anything

What was the exact filename of the PMS you downloaded and installed?

I added the repositories and I did “sudo apt install plexmediaserver” and it was fine.
At the end I did not register the new plex server into my plex user and I could configure the server and add the media libraries. When it finished then I could add the server to my plex account… Strange behaviour but it worked and now is working.
