Unable to actually stream video.

I've just setup Plex on my Xbox 360 and got it connected and I can see my library just fine. However, I cannot start streaming any video as it won't start streaming: it just hangs at buffering.

I'm not sure where the fault is so I'll explain my setup: a wireless router->WiFi extender->Wired connection to Xbox 360.
Plex is on my Synology NAS connected directly to the router (not extender).

The fact that I can access my library and everything loads (library, images, information) but I cannot actually watch any video.

Count me in.

I am seeing the same behaviour. I've got the latest Plex Server (from plex.tv) running on my Synology NAS DS212+. I can stream using other clients (windows, smartTV, phone) but not from my XBox 360. I can see the library but then it hangs at buffering just like DeathChill explained.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the discussion in the transcoding thread and my description of similar behaviour.  Does this sounds like a similar scenario?
