Unable to add additional server

Im running an environment with currently two server (one on HP microserver, one on synology). I would like to install a third server based on Raspi 4. So I installed the server. I can also access it in the browser, but when I log in I only see the two old servers.
Also I noticed, that ich can access the server with https://:32400, but not with https://:32400 (neither lan IP, nor wifi IP). Using the IP I get some XML-Output instead of the webui
