We’ve recently changed ISPs and because of this there has been a complete re-configuration of the home router. Not sure if this is the reason we have had problems, but we are currently unable to see the server. If we go to http://localhost:32400/web/index.html it just says “looking for servers”. There are several people who seem to have had problems with this in the past, but no definitive solution.
In desperation, I removed Plex, downloaded the latest version and installed it, but the result is the same.

I will need your logfiles to see what’s happening. If you have Verbose logging enabled, please turn of and restart PMS so I get a clearer view of the sequence.
