Unable to add media to server after new PC build

Hey guys,

Just did a new PC build. Downloaded Plex Server and was attempting to add my media back on, but the system is not giving me the option to add new media.

Attempted to redownload Plex Server, this time it gave me the option, but told me to “get plex server”. When i clicked on it, it brought me right back to the download screen.

My setting option are limited, not even allowing me to claim my server.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Followed the process to " How do I claim my server" did not solve my problem.

Also followed the following step, and still nothing.

I would try to completely uninstall all traces of Plex and start over since this is a new install

If there’s still no change you can see if anything here works
