I have an active PLEX Pass for a whole year. Since a week or so I am not able to add new users to my plex server. The buttons to add new users are gone. There is also a notification that I need a PLEX pass. That is weird, because I do have an active pass.
Update: As you can see I have an pass. Screenshot is made from the Account tab in settings.
Try checking the option to Automatically sign in.
I’ve tried it via the web app and Windows application. Both dont show the buttons…
sign into the server, Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced, make certain it’s still showing itself as signed in.
The update that was released today fixed the issue. Thanks all.
