Unable to Add Remaining Files of TV Show to Plex Library

Hello,

I manually update via Plex’s app for QNAP my “TV Shows” folder that is connected to my Multimedia folder in my QNAP NAS. It is of a show I purchased from iTunes and uploaded the files too.

I have not had this issue before, but there are 24 episodes in the season of the show. However, it only found five of them. Here is a screenshot…

I’m not sure how to correct this issue, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be the naming method used for the files from iTunes?

So, it turns out that the naming of the files that iTunes does by default caused the issue. Renaming them in order 1 - 24 fixed the issue.
