Hello everyone. I have been using Plex for a few years but over the last couple of weeks I hace rebuilt both my Linux and Windows servers. They are on seperate accounts and access their own media. My problem is neither of them auto login and when the windows server app is closed (still on in taskbar) it logs out. Obviously this is due to ownership of some form. There is no auto login available within the client so how can I get round this.

Are you talking about the web browser window with the Plex web app in it?
Or about the task named “Plex Media Server.exe”?
Plex media exe which was what I installed
Obviously that opens within a browser in my case chrome.
Both linux and windows servers open with chrome
Sorry I misunderstood. The browser window. The app is still open in the right hand taskbar
I appear to have cured it by going into the settings on chrome and allowing cookies for plex . Now it remembers the last user, which works for me.
