Unable to cast live tv on chromecast ultra (PMS 1.19.2.2737)

Server: hyper-v with Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS on Windows 10 with i3-3240 CPU @ 3.40GHz (the vm has access to all the ressource)
Player Version#: Chromecast Ultra (ethernet wired)
Player 1: iPhone 7 - ios 13.3.1
Player 2: Samsung galaxy tab s2 - Android 7.0
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO 10797ABB - Version 20200225

Hello,

I know there has been a lot of discussion around live tv and chromecast, but from what I gathered it should be working. I can cast anything from plex (tv shows, movies, etc.). I can also watch live tv on my laptop, phone and tablet, but I cannot cast it. When i tried to cast it, it shows “Sorry something went wrong” on my tv with chromecast. I tried with my iPhone and my android tablet. I scanned the log, but I didn’t fin anything. Maybe someone can help me? I feel like it might be related to the transcoding.

I found the solution…

I needed to buy a subscription to enabled hardware acceleration so it can transcodes. It’s fine since I was planning on buying a subscription but I would have like it to be mentioned on the “special” covid live tv…
