Hi- i keep getting error message -
This server is unclaimed and not secure
along with Version 1.18.6.2348 Something went wrong. Please install manually.
note: ive installed the software at least 3 times and it works, just not with claiming server

got user token
got claim token

Most likely a bad DNS, but PMS logs will tell if so, by reporting Curl error 28
@moscowsteve if you are able to, set the DNS server in your router’s preferences to 8.8.8.8 (Google)
If you can’t do that, try setting the DNS server in the properties of your Plex server machine instead. (In Windows, you can find those settings in the properties of the network adapter)
Is the server located in your own home network? And if so, is your home network using an IP address range that’s categorized as “private”?
so, modifying the router’s DNS to have 8.8.8.8 as the primary one, and then putting the original two as the 2nd and 3rd options allowed it to work… thanks for the help
