Hi all, hoping you can help me with an ongoing issue. My Plex was running fine and a couple months ago it broke down. I’ve tried removing Plex Server from my Synology NAS and then re-isntalling it. But same issue.
Plex is asking me to claim my server - but everytime I try that nothing happens. Its also saying that there is a new update available, which I don’t get because I just downloaded the latest version. The language is unclear, I assume by new update they are meaning Plex Media Server.
I’m also unable to create remote access but I think the above issue is the cause of it. Sorry a bit of a noob but I could use some guidance.
