Unable To Claim Server

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058 (latest freenas)
Player Version#: Shield

Hello,

I recently built a different server and I am trying to move my plex account from the old server to the new one. When I click on “claim server” it starts the ‘wait’ icon on the button but then goes right back. The first time I did this I got “There was a problem signing in to Plex”

Do i need to somehow disable the old plex server on the plex.tv website?

Server is local
I have tried logging out and using a incognito window
system date on server and local machine is correct
IP/DNS settings are correct on server
What would cause this?

Not sure if this is relevant but my ‘vnet’ running obviously starts with a V
This thread claims the interface cannot start with a V?

You are getting Curl error 7, means permission denied when trying to access plex.tv, so check your firewall, as well as default router.

And if still a problem, then restart PMS, wait 2 min, and then try to claim it again.

After that, please upload a zip file with all the logs, and not just a snip
