Anyone else having an issue where you can’t claim the server? I’ve tried 3 different browsers on 2 different computers and it keeps saying There was an error logging in… I know the password is correct as I’ve checked and rechecked and even changed it.

I tried these suggestions and I am seeing the following error when trying to claim the server. I know the username and password are correct.
“There was a problem signing into plex.”
Here is the error I’m seeing
Did some more digging and was able to find the following in the logs. its a DNS issue on the Thecus itself. I resolved that and bam everything is working again.
