If you can’t sign in, I don’t know what logs you would have. You could maybe check the browser developer console and see if there are any errors.

That would indicate something is interfering with the connection back to plex.tv. Do you have any type of ad-blocker, firewall, or other internet security feature running?

The only other thing I can think is to check your browser and make sure it is allowed to run javascript.

I turned off firewall, any ad blockers and any internet security (even though I never had to change those settings when I installed Plex)

The only thing that was different was I connected my work laptop to my router via Ethernet cable. I already restarted my router and nothing has changed

Do not do that.

So what did you have installed? Some of these type of programs don’t actually turn off and can cause issues just being installed.

It was just the ad shields on Brave Browser and I had Malwarebytes installs but I uninstalled it

Did you restart your computer after this? I’ve seen their app leave stuff running even after an uninstall.
