Hi everybody, I hope you can help me out. I’ve been traying to set up remote access for days but it always fails. And honestly, I’m not that savvy in these types of things, but I tried to follow the docs and some guidelines I found in other sources. It connects for a little bit and then it gives the following error “Tip: It looks like your server may be connected to the internet through multiple routers or other network devices. Try connecting it directly to your primary device, or visit our support site for more information about troubleshooting this “Double-NAT” scenario”
I have my main modem provided by my ISP and I have an Archer A7 TP Link router which I use for some of my mobile devices.
Honestly I don’t know how to proceed from here.
