Ever since i updated server and plex to latest version my plex remote access wont work. I have tried roll back to earlyer version of plex but same issue. I have port forwarded 32400 in my router. Before said update i never needed to use UPNP on my router to gett remote access. I now have to use UPNP if i want remote access at all. Now its connected for about 30 seconds. It says: Tip: It looks like your server may be connected to the internet through multiple routers or other network devices. Try connecting it directly to your primary device, or visit our support site for more information about troubleshooting this “Double-NAT” scenario. Learn more
I have connected my server directly into the ISP router and still get the same issue. Im gonna call my ISP on monday to check if they did some sort of update and or if am behind a CGNAT. But in the meantime i want to check if there are somethings i could try before i call my ISP. Thnx in advance. Also, i have already tried all the plex troubleshooting and nothing wil work.

If you’ve already went through the troubleshooting support article… there’s a guide in the forum with some more hints on how to troubleshoot remote access issues. You’ll need the actual findings from those steps to pin down what’s causing your issues (beyond „it’s no longer working“).

ive now forwarded the port to 42400 and it wont work. but the weird thing is, if im not in my plex web it seems to be working. but as soon as i access my plex web it says im on a double nat again. its just a bug. ive tried all the thing in the troubleshoot site.

solution was my ISP had put me behind a CGNAT. got my private ip adress back and im back on.
