Unable to connect - Hisense

My Plex App for VIDAA says it can’t connect to my Plex server either by local IP or via the remote IP.

Both IPs match my server and I have verified that my server is accessible both locally and remotely from other devices.

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#: Plex for VIDAA 3.13.14

EDIT: Upon further investigation - Plex does not support VIDAA u4 in Australia.

Brilliant.
