I Cannot connect with remote access properly. I followed all the tech articals and opened my fire wall and did port forwarding ect… once that was done i had a connection and could stream remotely. the next day it was down again and nothing had changed.
After a few days of banging my head against a wall i a custom service on my router and added a firewall rule/ exception and removed the port forwarding. and boom it came back up. and again next day its down again and plex is now pointing to a different port not the default one. I changed it back to the default one that i set everything up around and still wont come back up. Tried changing everything to to new port it changed to and still wont work.
I’m out of ideas i don’t understand how i can get it to work twice then it just stops a few hours later.
