Unable to connect securely - My Cloud Home DUO

Long time plex owner. I recently had a NAS system malfunction so I figured it was time to try a new one. Set up the NAS per the manufacture instructions and now per the instructions on the Plex support articles and I’m unable to actually connect to the server. To note, the PMS install KB article isn’t up to date. Upon installing PMS, no plex folders are created in the web UI however, using Sonarr, I am able to see some plex folders, not that I can access them in any way.

I see a “Unable to connect securely” message and I have no way to view the settings for the server since I can’t connect to it. The server and the device I’m using to connect to it are all on the same network and I’m able to view the NAS files locally via Finder so no issues there. Additionally, if I set up a PMS on my macbook and point the libraries to the NAS, the PMS connects without any issues so I’m not sure why its not working when running on the My Cloud Home duo as expected.

I didn’t have this issue with my previous NAS so any help would be greatly appreciated.
