i’ve been running plex without problems for many years. i wanted to move my plex installation from my c: drive to my d: drive. i uninstalled plex, deleted the regedit entry. then downloaded the newest plex server install and installed it to my d; drive. now i can only access the plex server from localhost (127.0.0.1).
remote access shows up as green fully accessible from outside the network. but when i go to the plex web app it fails to connect to the server. i turned off all firewalls. resetted the router. signed ina nd out of plex app and plex serer.
not sure what else to try
