Unable to connect to server webpage

After resetting my NAS password and reinstalling the Plex app, I am unable to access Plex from the web even when going through an internal IP address. The webpage loads but the server does not appear. Oddly enough, all of my mobile devices are still able to stream. How can I correct this?

I believe the server can not communicate with Plex.

Is 45.33.73.209 a plex IP? Somehow traffic is being blocked yet all apps with internal network traffic are operational except for PMS.
