Unable to connect to server

Yesterday i got a very strange thing on my plex server.

If i try to open it localy on my server by http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html i get transfered to login page. If i login to an account i get to plex web player and cant find server.

When i try to connect to it with manualy configured IP from my Plex media player i get no contact. if i then open server status i get “unauthorized”.

Both server and player is on Win 7 computers.
Have tried rebooting server, reinstalling plex media server, even deleting appdata/local/plex media server.

not sure what log file to attach

I was not able to open the PMS in my browser.

However I was able to solve it.

I created a new user in windows. installed PMS.
Pasted the copy of the appdata/local/PMS in the new user.

The server was unclaimed before, Is it possible that someone else claimed it? and blocking me out of it?

The reason I use unclaimed server in this case is because this server is at work. By keeping it unclaimed all account don’t have to be given access to reach PMS. From what I have understood there is no “enable” guest function, so unclaimed server is the easiest way. For me it would be nice to have a “disable claim” button for the server. If someone had claimed it this time…

Update:

Someone had claimed the server.

To remove claim from server i found out that i can do it from registry.
I set value of
PlexOnlineMail
PlexOnlineTolken
PlexOnlineUsername
to blank.
