Unable to connect to "SHIELD Android TV" securely

Hi I cant connect to my plex server anymore running on a sheild player.
Playing from the sheild works fine but anything localy or remote is not working.

this is the error I get
Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely.

The server “SHIELD Android TV” is unavailable

Plex will automatically try to reconnect to this server

I have updated sheild
I have updated plex server
I have rebooted everything twice¨

Please help me out here

Do you have static IP and port forwarding setup in your router?

I have the same problem. Did this get resolved. I don’t think I have any static IPs or port forwarding turned on in my network
