I keep getting the Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely. message.
I’ve heard having someone reset my server certificate will correct this. Can anyone help with this?

I’m having the same issue and also saw that resetting the certificates would help…I bought the NVIDIA SHIELD just for the Plex Media Server…please help
I experience the same issues intermittently on both my Shield and PC servers. I haven’t fully worked everything out yet but here is what works for me:
Make sure your Shield or PC has been issued a static IP in your router.
Check on the “remote access” tab in server settings to ensure it is green and accessible externally (if access is red sometimes disabling it, waiting 10 to 15 seconds then re-enabling it works.
Check your router settings to make sure UPnP is enabled. If your router doesn’t have UPnP you will need to manually forward the Plex ports.
If you’ve done all the above and still not working then power cycle your router ie., Turn off, fully unplug from socket, wait 30 seconds then plug back in and restart.
The last step is what always works for me and I too want to understand why this happens. I’ve never heard of resetting certificates but maybe power cycling the router does this inadvertently.
