Unable to connect via my PC (but works fine with Shield and Roko)

So this morning for the first time I am unable to connect to my Plex PC server with another PC - says “unable to connect securely”. NOTHING has changed for me and all my other connections via Shield and Roku (on my televisions) have any problems.

I rebooted the Server PC with no luck. I can’t even connect ON the Server PC (again, it serves the other devices just fine, but doesn’t appear to like a Windows Browser Plex connection - I’m using Chrome, if that matters). Not that it’s important, but I did pay for Premium for the rare times I really need help.
