Hi,
Anyone know how to remove a user that does not have the X at the end of thier name? user appears twice in the Plex Home area and both can be accessed but 1 does not have the X at the end of the line to remove it ?
tried adding and remving access to libaries bu that makes no difference

It appears that you have actually renamed the Guest account. (during the short time period, long ago, when this was possible).
This account cannot be removed, it can only be disabled.
(careful: once you disable the Guest user, its playback status will be cleared.)

If you want, you can re-enable the Guest account now.
It has been renamed back to “Guest”.
