Unable to delete files on Linux

Server Version#: 1.22.0.4163-d8c4875dd
PMS snap runs as root but is unable to delete a file when my user owns the file. If I change the file owner to root I can delete. How can I hollow plex to delete files? Even if I set permissions to 777 I still can’t delete

Do you have the PMS setting enabled that allows deletion?

Yes, I have

any help?

It seems this has no solution for more than a year. This is the second time I report an issue with exactly the same problem

From here: Security and sandboxing | Ubuntu

Without custom flags at installation, snaps run confined within a restrictive security sandbox.

I don’t really have any experience with snap packages, but unless you’ve done some customization, I would say you still have a permissions problem?
