When I want to delete a video file, the message “Deleting this item failed” appears. I found a few tutorials, but neither was working. I think the mistake is in rights. I switched to linux with Windows (I’m not an expert on linux yet). I have an EXT4 file system. The file is not on the system disk.

Can you please try to delete the file again THEN
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
Attach the ZIP file it gives you.
We will go hunting for it together 
I succeeded with the command “chgrp” on PLEX rights - solve it. The problem is that I, as a normal user, cannot write to the folder.
