Hoping I can get some help as I’ve signed up to Plex Pass assuming that I can get my Vbox DVR setup but it’s not being detected by Plex. Even when I type in the IP it’s saying 'There was a problem adding the device: XXX.XXX.X.XX". The VBox is in the supported devices list too so should be working for sure.
I have a WD My Cloud on which Plex is installed and both are new with the latest versions. Plex version is 4.20.2. Running plex Chrome browser on an M1 Mac but will be mainly using it on my Google TV plex app.
Can anyone help me to resolve this?
