Plex won't find any DVR Devices

Hello Plex Community,

I got myself a HDHomeRun for christmas and a Plex Pass. Unfortunaltey my PMS won’t find any DVR Devices, even when searching via IP address Plex says “error occured”.

I’m running PMS on Synology DS918+ with the latest version.
There is also an Geniatech Netstream 4C in the Network which also can’t be found by Plex.
Deactivating firewall for testing didn’t do the trick either.

I read about activating my Plex User as “Tuner Tester” via Plex Forum, but also didn’t find where I can do this.

Any help is appreciated!
