Unable to direct play remotely

I used to be able to direct play some content remotely to my Iphone and Ipad, if the content resolution was too high it would load forever and play 5 seconds then start loading forever again, but if I played something at 720p I could watch normally in a good internet connection outside my home.
Then the pandemic came and I haven’t been leaving home so I haven’t been using the remote access at all, but now im trying to use it again and I’m receiving an error that I’ve never received before, I didn’t change any settings during this time, actually the only thing that changed was that I have now a faster internet connection, so in theory it should be working and should be working better, I will upload the print of the error down below and a print of my remote access settings, what can I do to fix this?
