Hi all
Recently, I can’t do ANY kind of remote play away from home, either on 4G, 5G or WiFi elsewhere. The error I get is:
Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again. Could not direct play because: App cannot direct play this item. No direct play video profile exists for protocol http, with container mkv, and video codec h264.
Could not transcode because: not enough bandwidth for any playback of this item. Cannot convert to below minimum bandwidth of 103kbps.
FYI, my Plex server is on a Mac Mini, cabled to my router. upnp is enabled, static IP is enabled for the Mac, Remote Access is green and working (port forwarding) and my upstream is 40mbps.

To generate, I rebooted the server, then attempted to play an episode of The Simpsons on my iPhone 12 Pro Max via 4G. This also happens (with any video file) on my partners iPhone.
