I’m receiving the following errors when trying to download from a family managed user, but I can download the same files using the web or same app on a different device. Is there something else I can look at to figure out what might be going wrong?

Related, we have an iPad that pops up the user selection screen, but an iPhone 8 just asks for the user to sign in, and never seems to request the managed user sign in. The behavior isn’t matching up between the devices.

This was due to the main user needing to login and then selecting the managed user. The logs didn’t show the permissions issue.
