Unable to enable two-factor authentication/verify email

Hi,

Very frustrated that I have to post here esp since this is related to my account and has personal info in it.

I received an email from Plex about the recent data breach and was prompted to change my account password. The email from you went to the email associated with my account. When I attempted the steps to change my PW, I never received the email to complete the steps. I then tried to do the same activity from within Plex. I logged in and went to change my PW. I noticed that my email has not yet been verified. Ok, click the button for Plex to send me an email to verify my email. I wait. I do it again. I’ve repeated this process about 5 time now over the course of 5 hours. I’ve also been checking my spam folder and the email(s) are not there.

For some reason, I’m able to get unsolicited emails from you (ex. the recent data breach), but I’m not able to receive emails from my account which is required to setup two-factor authentication. What do I do?

It would be good if Plex posted this support email on your site as the FAQs and support pages do not cover this and something you need to talk/email someone.
