hi, i was running live tv with plex since february 2019 flawlessly with an HdHomeRun connect duo. it has been playing and recording my tv show. i was actively listening tv until mid-april. because it was rebroadcasting for the summer i didn’t listen until i tried today, but i could not load the guide. i tried to refresh it, tried to click on my active channel so i could change them, but it could not load so i delete the tuner inside plex and re-add it, but it didn’t work. it was finding the hdHomeRun fine scanning the channel fine with “antenna” and “Canada” option selected like i did in february. then when i entered the same postal code with the same format [CAPITAL WITHOUT SPACING] as the example was showing me so ie:H3H1A2
i get an long loading and then error code in red: “Unable to fetch Guide settings” i tried multiple combinations of postal code and language, but nothing was working anymore.
i did not upgrade plex during that 6 month period and plex still show that it is totally accessible from outside network. I did reboot my router, plex and my hdHomeRun. my HdHomeRun is working fine when i tune it directly by the way
does someone have an idea what’s wrong?

… thanks for the response, there is still a bug in FreeNAS which prevent me to update the plugin. I hope they release a fix before the new show start this fall.
