DVR was working fine. Then my QNAP died and had to go back. Started the QNAP config from the start and everything has worked out of the box except the DVR. I just can’t seem to get it to work - 98% of the time it gets stuck at the post code entry point … every now and then gets past that point and then fails. I have recently changed over to 3 broadband (Hauwei CPE Pro) but this was before the QNAP went back. I can watch QNAP plex content from my mobile so think its all good from a connectivity perspective

Updated to Version 1.19.3.2843 and things have now moved on a little gets past the ‘fetch guide’ but still won’t provide the mapping correctly? Anyone else having this issue?
I think this could well be a 3 broadband problem as it fails all the time through my Hauwei B311s-220. However if I tether it through my phone through Vodafone it works every time. It had been working through 3 for over a year but it stopped about the time they upgraded the local service to 5g.
