Plex Media Server.log (9.6 MB)
Plex no longer uses profile files for Tizen based TV. The software still logs an error when the file is not found.
However, that is not the cause of any server crashes.
The 15,000+ decode errors are probably a larger concern:

Also, your Nvidia drivers are out of date:

And you are running the 32-bit version of Plex Media Server:

Suggestions
-
Update your Nvidia drivers.
-
Download and install the 64-bit version of Plex Media Server for Windows from plex.tv.
https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-media-server
-
Reboot your server.
-
If/when Plex Media Server crashes:
a) Restart the server
b) Wait 3 minutes for it to fully boot and the log files to capture everything
c) Pull the log files and attach the entire ZIP file to the thread.
Regarding PMS 64-bit…
-
It adds support for zero-copy transcoding with Nvidia GPUs. This improves transcoding performance. It lets Plex move less data between GPU RAM and system RAM when transcoding.
-
It adds support for hardware accelerated tonemapping when transcoding HDR to SDR (if your Nvidia GPU supports decoding HEVC 10-bit video).
-
The 64-bit installer will recognize the 32-bit installation and uninstall it first. This is the Plex program only (c:\program files.…). Your media and the Plex Data Folder are not touched.
-
If you do fall back to the 32-bit version, you must manually uninstall the 64-bit version first. The 32-bit installer is not aware of the 64-bit installation.

Thank you for the quick help
Where can I check that I am Running a 32 or a 64-bit version of the PMS?
also
My Graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 (PC is 12 yers old) i am afreid the higest dirver for this card is a 391.35 .
That would mean that transcoding never worked, right? I travel a lot and whatch my movies half way around the world and I never had problem to do so how is this possible? Or is this the reason of the 15.000+ decocde errors be even then what ever I choose would play?!?
If not, what could be the reason of the decode errors?
Thank for your advise
