Hi everyone, i am trying to get plex connect to work. I have followed the instructions as per here-

I am on step 4. When i open plex connect.py, python window opens for a second then closes again before i have time to read anything in the window.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this please?
I have windows7 32
running Plex Version 0.9.7.28

Try it manually:
Open CMD window, dive into your PlexConnect path, run "PlexConnect.py" from there.
Chances are that it pulls in a bad/old python installation... with an open terminal you have at least the chance to read what's wrong.
Thanks for that, i compared the file to the original in the zip folder and i found they were different sizes for some reason. So i deleted the whole lot and unzipped them again, seems to work now and load up properly.
I have changed the DNS on the ATV to the plex connect as per instructions but it does not work, i get trailers not available and it seems the ATV cant go online at all- ie no movies info, no apps working unless the DNS is back to 'auto'.
Should i mark this as solved and start a new thread?
