Unable to grant access to server

Player Version#: N/A

I am getting the error “request failed with status code 422”. It doesn’t matter if I try to do it from plex.tv’s main site, on the 32400 from the server (web), or from the app running on android. The logs haven’t been much help. I see the request and the completed statements of each item in the form. No error is generated. I have tried now with 3 different usernames/emails. I have tried both.
