Unable to install latest server package on QNAP NAS (64 bit)

I just got off the phone with QNAP tech support.

They’re going to verify and then disseminate the info to the other tech support staff.

At bare minimum, they’ll now ask/check for the browser while they figure out if it’s a Safari incompatibility or bug.

My “fix”: turning off the PopupBlocker add-in of Firefox.
QTS 4.3.5.0728 doesn’t like it when manually installing via AppCenter.

Howdy Ted, My Issues was Never pop up Blocker Because my install was in a Nas which you can not use a Pop up Blocker in, Plus I use a Hardware Firewall System like a Business so i dont have those same issues with software like most of yall do mine when it happens I know right away what it is but when you tell some people I guess it they want to go the long way to isolate the issue and that’s fine if you have weeks to Burn I dont so mine is set up to where i can Diagnose my entire System in a couple of hours including all my offsite back up servers. You Never had to turn off the Pop up blocker all you needed to do was Whitelist it that way all your protection is still on for that Browser but allows only that Program through…Just some help if you care to use it . Good Luck! Cow }:-o)

Thx Cow, you’re right. But it’s faster for me (far less clicks) to turn off the PopupBlocker and if that works than reenable it and whitelist the NAS. Greets.
