Hi @michael_766 - did you find a resolution to this issue you were having from a few months back? The symptoms you describe - the “Recommended” screen problems and the Unknown metadata type: folder errors - seem similar to the problem that I’m having in my support thread (All iOS devices unable to load a subset of TV shows).
