After the latest update, every time try and play moves or tv shows I get this error after a while trying to load. I am not sure what logs to provide. I am able to play the media right off the NAS drive with no issue and plex can see the media,. sometimes the movie or tv show will play for a bit
if you only get the error in the desktop app you have a screenshot of would need those logs. Windows/Mac app logs | Plex Support
if it is happening in all Plex apps (on browser, phone, TV etc) then likely a server issue. Plex Media Server Logs | Plex Support
Uploading: Plex Media Server Logs_2021-02-22_20-41-10.zip…

have any of the drive letters changed since you originally added them? If you use Get Info in Plex of one of the items like American Gods there does it show unavailable?
it looks like you have the mount without any main folder and all the show folders. are directly in Z:/ like Scanner: Processing directory Z:\American Gods There should be a TV folder Z:\TV3\American Gods like you have a TV2 for your C: drive C:\TV2. without it strange things can happen.
are all the things having issues on the Z drive?
I think this is server side when i try and add a folder from the NAS it is really slow to respond
what path are you using to add it? have you tried a UNC path rather than mounting then adding it with a Windows drive letter.
Are all the problem files on Z:\ ?
No in my movies folder It looks like trhe windows 2016 server is have trouble opening any network locations
Synchronize the user name and password for logging in to your Windows user account
and
for accessing your nas file share over the network.
Make them identical.
Don’t rely on Windows to store and remember the access credentials for the file share, as it asks you, when you first access using the file explorer.
