Cannot log in on devices - keep getting the same error message User could not be authenticated

Hi, I subscribed to a Plex pass last week and succesfully set up the server part bur unfortunately, tried to use the plex app on several devices (iphone, ipad, apple tv) over the past two days but I keep getting the same error message : "User could not be authenticated " despite using the right email and password… same applies on all the different devices.
Could you help me?

I managed to make it work on my apple TV as it asked me a code via the plex.tv/link page but still cannot make it work on my phone as it asks email/password which are said to be wrong despite being the right ones…
