Hello. i purchased an HDHomerun Quattro and an HDHomerunPrime. Both are on my same plex media server. The Quattro lets me manually add and subtract OTA channels without a problem. The Prime only lets me manually subtract channels but not add unmatched channels to the list despite there being a match in the EPG channel list pull down menu. These are NOT DRM channels per my Prime list and my Prime can tune them fine with the HDHomreun App. I have the newest version of the plex media server software. It is affecting about 40 important cable channels. When i try to save, it doesn’t save. If i try to do the manual add during DVR setup of the prime tuner it gives me the error “There was a problem adding a new device to you DVR. Please try again.” If i unselect the added channel it adds the Prime to the DVR. Any ideas to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
If you are doing this via the browser client be sure to clear cache and use https://app.plex.tv/desktop

When you initially added the DVR did you add 2 EPG’s one for OTA and one for cable?
yes. i also removed both units and tried doing the cable one only. no luck with that either.
