I’v added a few old Tintin shows. The server is able to match the TV show, but not individual episodes. The files are named as follows :
/The Adventures of Tintin/Season 01/Tintin - The Secret of the Unicorn/The.Adventures.of.Tintin.S01E02 - The Secret of the Unicorn.avi
Any ideas?

Problem is that the user has a directory too much in the chain, AFAICT
So it was:
The Adventures of Tintin/Season 01/Tintin - The Secret of the Unicorn/The.Adventures.of.Tintin.S01E02 - The Secret of the Unicorn.avi
I tried your approach but it’s still the same, individual episodes are not recognised, like you can see in the following image :
Wrong poster, incorrect synopsis etc.
Do the Plex Dance on that Episode
And if it still fails, upload a zip with the logs right after checking if it works or not
