Unable to open local app due to recent update

I am unable to open the local app. The local app was working before recent update from plex. I removed the app and re-installed. I keep keep getting a 404 Not found error code (http://localhost:32400/web/index.html)
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

I’m having the same problem after upgrading from PMS_1.15.2.783…

I can access my server from the www.plex.tv webpage, but can no longer access from 192.168.xx.xx::32400/web/index.html .
